Subject matter I'd like to read or read more of:

Mulder/Scully slash
I'd like to read more undercover fics with both agents in a dangerous
environment, such as gangsters/terrorists/drug lords/prostitution
(Bonetree's Secret World and Parrotfish's Caught In The Act 3 spring
to mind). 
Undercover fics with gangsters, terrorists, prostitution 
I want a disturbing look at a colonized world where M & S will do
anything to survive (see Negative Utopia and Night Giving Off Flames) 
I've yet to read a really compelling and convincing portrayal of Scully
in a relationship that turns abusive. The story would have to be quite
long wo that the relationship could be established and built up
gradually. A partner would not turn violent overnight after all. And of
course Mulder has to come to the rescue 
I'd like a harrowing car crash fic (like Goshen by Bonetree) 
Finally, in a day and age where the threat of biological warfare is all
too real, I'm surprised to have never come across a story that deals with
an attack and its aftermath (although Antidote has a similar theme) 



Episodes or scenes from eps I'd like to see addressed in fic:

What happened to the monster at the end of Post-Modern
Prometheus? 
Bill Patterson in Grotesque? 
The Eves in Eve? 
Chester Banton in Soft Light? 
And then of course there are those pesky mythology questions
regarding Scully's chip and the true fate of Samantha. 
There's also the fallout from Irresistible, Pusher, Paper Hearts,
Demons, Emily and just how M/Sc were rescued from Antartica in
FTF. 
I would have loved to have Mulder hanging around in the background
during the last season.
I have wondered whether any one has dealt with the scene from
Redux where Mulder is sitting in the dark at Scully's and she comes in
and starts to undress and he says Keep on going G Woman. Is there
any fic that expands on this or will someone write one?



Songs that make me think of X-Files:

I Could Fall in Love by Serena 
Every time I hear In The End by Linkin Park, I think of Krycek
Goodbye To You by Michelle Branch makes me think of M/Sc
separation fics (preferably where they get back together at the end).
I think Martha by Tom Waits would make a great story (particularly
the last line:  And I remember quiet evenings, trembling close to you)
Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down makes me think of Mulder and Scully.
The whole album Reanimation by Linkin Park (remixes of Hybrid
Theory and other LPs...has a sound similar to the FTF soundtrack) 
Hold On and The One by Limp Bizkit 



Places or settings I'd like to read:

I'd love to read something with m and s in a country like Afghanistan,
Syria, Iraq ... 
I'd also really like to see a story that further explores the link between
the Anasazi and the X Files. Something that would take the last part of
The Truth and go with it. What's the significance of CSM hiding in a
ruin? I know that the Mayan Calendar had a date for the end of the
world (and didn't the Egyptians, too?). Apart from the whole timetable
for Colonization aspect, I'd like to see the significance of having an
end date compared to ancient civs. I don't know, maybe I'm looking
for an academic paper, not a fanfic. LOL. 
Along those same lines, Ancient civ AUs would be fun to read. A
crossover with The Aeneid, how cool! I somehow like the idea of
Mulder founding a civilization and Scully being a Goddess. LOL. Yes,
I'm a complete nerd-- how many people do you know have the Harry
Potter Latin translation?



Conversations I'd like to read:

I'd love to see a heart-to-heart between M/Sc following Pfaster's
arrest in Irresistible or Penny's death in Memento Mori or after
Emily's funeral in Emily.



Scenes I'd like to read:

I'd really like to see a well-written version of a scene from a movie. It
kills me. It's from Say Anything when they are walking through a
park in the rain and they kiss. It's the sweetest, hottest kiss. ::sigh:: Will
someone write it for me? All that wet skin and the contrast of cold and
hot and ::shiver::

Things from literature I'd like to see addressed:

I'd also love to see a new crossover version of Handmaid's
Tale. Gilead was okay, but a new version would have the
opportunity to use a ton of later season mythology that could be
just amazing. I'm not necessarily thinking that Scully should be
a handmaid and Mulder a chauffer, either. Wouldn't want to
limit it that way, and honestly, Scully's a little old for a
handmaid now. 



Things from fanfic I'd like to see addressed:

I would LOVE to see a Mulder POV prequel to portions of
Eternity. Mulder, gone bad boy. :::shiver::: 



Crossovers from TV or movies I'd like to read:

I don't normally like crossovers because they are usually too
AU for me, but I've been watching Without a Trace and been
wondering how they would interact with my favorite FBIs.
There is a Samantha character who had an off-screen affair with
her boss who's having marital problems and there is a
co-worker who had an unrequited feelings for her. Sounds
familiar? Oh, and they are fibbies, too. Maybe Mulder & Scully
could work with them on a missing person/child case. Wouldn't
hurt if Mulder seemed drawn to Samantha.
